Camp Tekawitha is accredited by the American Camp Association, a national community of camp professionals founded in 1910, and dedicated to enriching the lives of children and adults through the camp experience. The American Camp Association is the only organization that accredits all types of camps, with up to 300 national standards for health and safety.
