Family Resource Program
(Serves Brown, Door, Outagamie, Shawano, Menominee, Oconto, Calumet, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, Marinette, Waupaca, Langlade, Forest, and Waushara, and Winnebago counties)
The program offers supportive services to parents and families. These services include:
- Education, including parenting, life style, nutrition
- Information and referral to community resources
- Case management

Brown County Teen Parent Program
Case Management Services -- Teens in the program are asked to meet with a case manager regularly. Teens will create goals and the case worker will assist and support them in reaching their goals.
Elements of the Brown County Teen Parent Program include:
- Connecting Teens to Community Resources
- Independent Living Skills
- Healthy Relationship Education / Abstinence Education
- 40 Developmental Asset Education
- Whole family participation is encouraged
- Scholarships available to assist with transportation, education, and childcare
Attention school and community group leaders: The program offers custom-designed prevention presentations for schools (K-12) and community groups of all ages.
