The Secret Is Out About The Value of Adult Faith Formation
Apparently, the secret is out about the value of Adult Faith Formation!
From October of 2007 through May of this year, more than 4,100 of you throughout the Diocese of Green Bay participated in some type of Adult Faith Formation class, event or training. (This doesn't even include additional classes that took place as the result of training sessions!) Your ranks are rapidly growing – 1,440 people registered from fall 2010 to spring 2011 compared to 591 registrants from fall 2007 to spring 2008. Many others, who attended but did not leave contact information, brought the numbers of actual attendees much higher.
You chose a variety of different offerings, ranging from United States Catholic Catechism for Adults, to Scripture Studies, Moral Theology, Apologetics and Spirituality. Adults from age 19 to well over 65 visited 53 parish sites in all, to attend the programs.
