The Strategic Plan for Adult Faith Formation has been updated in collaboration with the Adult Faith Formation Advisory Team. This plan sets forth the vision for adult faith formation within the Diocese of Green Bay for the next 5 years. In addition to the plan, concrete and practical steps are outlined in the AFF Strategic Plan chart.
