Performance Quality Initiative

Catholic Charities Quality Assurance Team works to ensure that the services provided to our clients are satisfactory and beneficial for those who come to us for care.

We conduct client satisfaction surveys and peer reviews of cases in an effort to achieve a high level of client satisfaction and success in our work.
