2016 Parish Personnel Salary Study

Survey of parishes in the Diocese of Green Bay shows salary ranges for part-time and full-time ministerial, business, clerical and maintenance/custodial positions, excluding Catholic schools. Results from the 2015-16 Salary Surveys are based on a response rate of 52% -- 81 of the 157 parishes. The data are divided into five groups based on numbers of contributing members: 250, 250-499, 500-999, and over 1,000 contributing units (parish households who contribute $100.00 or more annually).

2016-17 Parish Personnel Salary Survey

Pastors, parish directors and business administrators are asked to complete the parish personnel wage survey and return to Stewardship & Pastoral Services by September 9, 2016, so results can be reported this fall. The goal is 100% parish participation. Parishes use the wage/benefit data to assist in creating their budget. Results from the 2014-2015 Survey are above.
