Ministry Formation assists Catholics called to work for the Church through priesthood, religious life, the diaconate, as commissioned ministers serving as pastoral associates, liturgists, teachers and educators, youth ministers or parish business managers. Ministry Formation also provides ongoing formation for priests and parish directors, and with lay persons who want to continue in their understanding of the faith.

Ministry Formation also oversees the Diocese's efforts in providing a safe environment for our children and young people and all who are vulnerable.
