Encourages Women to Reflect on Journey

This retreat day encourages women to reflect upon their own journey as a child of God and is open to girlfriends of ages 14 and up. Through the medium of art, the appreciation of good food and the sharing of stories and laughter, this day invites women to grow in their relationship with Christ.

Girlfriends in God brings together women of all ages from across the Diocese of Green Bay and pampers them physically and spiritually, encouraging them to share their own faith journeys and listen to the experience and wisdom gained from other women's experiences of faith. The Girlfriends in God events combine faith, good food and laughter, giving busy women the opportunity to find their common ground as Girlfriends in God. Events usually take the format of a half day or evening of reflection, leaving women motivated and re-energized to continue deepening their faith journey with Christ and with their local parish community.

All Welcome

The cost of this year's one-day gathering is $25, which includes lunch, talks and a gift from the Girlfriends in God team. Groups of 4 or more are $20. All are welcome to attend, regardless of ability to pay.
