Jubilee Film to Air on WFRV

A special 150th Jubilee film is being created which will tell the story of our Catholic presence in northeastern Wisconsin. This film is being produced by WFRV Channel 5, in conjunction with the diocesan Communications Department. Inspiring and educational, the film will highlight our many efforts to educate, heal, evangelize, and minister through the witness and work of individuals and families, parishes and schools, and other diocesan-affiliated organizations.

A 150th Jubilee book has also been produced which relates the rich history of our diocese along with the backgrounds of individual parishes. Distribution has been arranged throughout the diocese this fall with anticipation that these beautiful books will be treasured for years to come. If you are interested in purchasing a 150th Jubilee history book, please contact your local Catholic parish.

Time Capsule will be Assembled

And finally, a special time capsule will be assembled during the coming Jubilee year. It will be comprised of small articles from each of the parishes and other Catholic institutions throughout the diocese. This time capsule, which will be closed after the Chrism Mass on March 27th, 2018, will remain sealed until our bicentennial year in 2068.
