SUMMER 2018 FCC & ONGOING FORMATION CLASSES

No Classes Scheduled Yet

This summer, the Department of Education will offer several opportunities to join a Foundational Catechetical Certification or Ongoing Formation class. Classes generally consist of five 2-hour sessions and will be offered at various times of day (see schedule). Topics include: Bible, Creed, Sacrament/Liturgy, Morality, and Prayer/Spirituality. Special courses for catechists, Catholic school teachers, and youth ministers also will be offered as well as Ongoing Formation classes. There is no cost for the classes, however a freewill offering is appreciated. The classes serve as the components of the Diocesan Foundational Catechetical Certification process -- a requirement for all catechists, Catholic school teachers, and administrators. All five sessions must be attended to qualify as Certification components.
