RegistrationOnline Registration Instructions for Holy Name Retreat House
This year we are offering online registration with UltraCamp.com. You must have an e-mail address to register online.
To register online using UltraCamp:
- Find the retreat you wish to attend (Click here for our retreat schedule)
- Click the Register link in the far right column. That will open the retreat's registration form on UltraCamp.com
- Select Register for this session>> under the retreat's name
  At the bottom of the box on the next screen select either - Follow directions on each page page (starred items are required)
- When done, select "Review my cart >>"
- Select "Save Without Payment"
- Mail in a registration form with either your check or credit card information
- OR -

You will receive confirmation e-mails from UltraCamp.
YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT: Whether charging all or part of your retreat, your credit card statement will itemize the transaction as St. Therese of the Little Flower, Inc., -- the corporate name for the Finance and Accounting Department of the Diocese of Green Bay.
