Ordination to the Priesthood -- Saturday, June 5
Bishop David Ricken ordained José Castañeda and Dan Viertel to the priesthood for service in the Diocese of Green Bay on Saturday, June 5 at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral in Green Bay.

Project Andrew Dinners with Bishop Ricken
Bishop David Ricken invites young men to share a dinner with him and several priests in order for young men to learn more about the vocation to priesthood. This opportunity to listen and ask questions is for young men who are high school juniors or seniors, college students, and those older who are willing to look at how God is calling them in life. The Project Andrew Dinners will be held at Bishop Ricken's house in Green Bay.

Catholic Youth Expeditions (CYE) -- Camp! Hike! Pray!
Catholic Youth Expeditions is in full swing for its 2010 summer expeditions. Expeditions include those for high school students, and others for college students and young adults.

CYE Basecamp is open each night from 6 to 11 p.m. Basecamp is located in Appleton at 1000 West Wisconsin Avenue (Hwy 96). Stop by for a cup of coffee and good conversation.
Please pray for this apostolate as it continues to grow and develop. CYE is operating from St. Joseph Formation Center in Door County.
Viri Ecclesiae: Men of the Church
Guys - what are you doing on Sunday night?
On Sunday nights this summer, young "Men of the Church" will meet for supper, faith discussion, and prayer. This is open to men who are in high school or college. We meet from 6 to 8 PM at Xavier House, 220 South Michigan Street in De Pere. The last Viri night for 2010 is Sunday, August 15.

Project Elizabeth Dinner for Young Women
Bishop David Ricken invites young women to share a dinner with him and religious sisters from our area in order for young women to learn more about the vocation to consecrated religious life for women. This opportunity to listen and ask questions is for young women who are high school juniors or seniors, college students, and those older who are willing to look at how God is calling them in life. Sisters from the Diocese are encouraged to invite young women, and to come with them!
The date in 2011 is April 12.

Fransiscan Vocations Discernment Retreats for Young Adult Single Women: "Called to be" -- Manitowoc
This retreat for young adult single women, age 18-35, is sponsored by the Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity in Manitowoc. The weekends begin on Friday at 7 p.m. and end on Sunday at 12:30 p.m. Cost is $25.

Come and See Experience: The Sisters of St. Francis of the Holy Cross
The Sisters of St. Francis will be having two COME AND SEE experiences at their Motherhouse at 3110 Nicolet Drive, Green Bay. This is an opportunity to learn more about Religious Life as a way to live the Gospel. It is also an opportunity to learn more about these Franciscan Sisters and their life. These experiences are for those in college and older.

Teens Encounter Christ (TEC)
This weekend experience is designed for youth and young adults who are high school juniors or older. Participants spend time listening, laughing, singing, reflecting, praying, and discussing their lives and heir relationships with God and others. It is an experience of the Paschal Mystery of Jesus Christ: his life, death and resurrection! The days have us praying many of the beautiful prayers of the Church. Join us!

Seminary Visit Weekends
Young men are invited to check out what the seminary is like.
Vianney Visit to College Seminary (St. John Vianney Seminary) at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
This trip is open to high school juniors and seniors, as well as college freshmen and sophomores. Trip leaves the Green Bay area on Thursday morning, and returns on Saturday late afternoon.
