 Holy Name Retreat House
What is a Retreat? A retreat is a withdrawal from our normal routines to spend time with God in prayer and reflection modeled on the 40 days Jesus spent in the desert before starting his public ministry.
For more than 60 years, Holy Name Retreat House on Chambers Island in the Bay of Green Bay, near Fish Creek in scenic Door County, has been offering retreats of one, two or three days, a week or even longer during June, July, August and September.
We offer silent, healing, charismatic, recovery, directed and individual retreats for men, women, mixed, religious, couples and high school students.
We invite you to retreat to the embrace of God in our restful, rustic, natural setting. There is ample time for rest, personal prayer, reading, exploring the island, or just sitting on a bench or swing enjoying God’s creation.
