Information: Bishop David Ricken was appointed on July 9, 2008, as the twelfth bishop of the Diocese of Green Bay. He was installed as bishop on Aug. 28, 2008, at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral in Green Bay.

The Diocese comprises 304,614 Catholics living in 16 counties in Northeast Wisconsin.
