"The joy of the Easter Season fills us with a unique energy that can help us embrace stewardship as a way of life with hope and love," says Mary Ann Otto, Stewardship and Special Projects Director for the Diocese of Green Bay. Bishop to Celebrate Opening Liturgy

Bishop David L. Ricken will celebrate the opening liturgy, which will be followed by fellowship with a biscotti bar, soup and salad lunch, and an opportunity to network with other parishes on the stewardship journey. This day is the perfect complement to ongoing efforts for making Bishop Ricken's pastoral letter, "Parishes: Called to be Holy, Fully Engaged, Fully Alive," become reality.

Fr. Daniel Mahan, internationally known speaker on the spirituality of stewardship, will be the keynote speaker. Fr. Mahan, a priest of the Archdiocese of Indianapolis, is the Executive Director of the O'Meara Ferguson Center for Catholic Stewardship at Marian University. He is a must-hear for all areas of parish leadership including trustees, committees, councils, faith formation, youth ministers, principals, and directors of religious education.

Both Day and Evening Sessions Offered

Participants may either attend the day session (8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.) with Mass, keynote, two rounds of 10 workshops, lunch and networking, or an evening session (6 to 8 p.m.) with keynote and question-and-answer sessions about parish stewardship.
