Bishop Ricken to Lead Pilgrimage to Mexico in October 2014

Diocese to Observe Respect Life Masses and Events This Month

Since then, more than 55 million unborn babies have lost their lives, and their parents and family members have been forever changed. The Diocese of Green Bay will stand up for the dignity of human life in January through the annual diocesan Respect Life Masses, March for Life in Washington, D.C., and several other events.

Healthcare Providers Mass and Dinner Event Scheduled for Feb. 9

Mass will be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral, Green Bay, at 11 a.m. with Bishop David L. Ricken. Dinner will follow at 1 p.m. at the Bemis Center, St. Norbert College.

Very Reverend John F. Doerfler Appointed Bishop of Diocese of Marquette, Michigan

Doerfler as the 13th bishop of the Diocese of Marquette, Michigan. Bishop-elect Doerfler will be ordained a bishop and take possession of the Diocese of Marquette at a Mass on Tuesday, February 11, 2014, at a time and location to be determined.
