Annual Seminarian Collection to Help Future Priests Kicks Off Aug. 3-4
GREEN BAY, Wis. (July 30, 2013) -- The annual Seminarian Collection will kick off this weekend, Aug. 3-4, and every Catholic household will be contacted through the mail during the following week. This collection benefits men who have been called to the priesthood. Families who would like to make a gift today can do so online at www.catholicfoundationgb.org/give. Packers Partner with Catholic Charities for 53rd Annual Bishop's Charities Game
GREEN BAY, Wis. (July 22, 2013) -- On Friday, Aug. 9, 2013, the Packers will host the Arizona Cardinals for the 53rd annual Bishop's Charities Game at Lambeau Field. Over the years, the Bishop’s Charities Game has raised approximately $3.7 million for Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Green Bay. Catholic Charities Announces $1 Million Hole-in-One Prize for July 15 Golf Outing
GREEN BAY, Wis. (June 24, 2013) -- Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Green Bay has announced a $1 million hole-in-one prize at its 21st Annual Catholic Charities Spalding Golf Outing. A lucky contestant will have an opportunity to take a shot at the prize sponsored in part by WPS Health Insurance. The golf outing will be held Monday, July 15, at NorthBrook Country Club in Luxemburg.
