Teens Encounter Christ (TEC)

Weekend for youth and young adults, high school juniors or older. Participants listen, laugh, sing, reflect, pray, and discuss their lives and relationship with God and others. It is an experience of the Paschal Mystery of Jesus Christ: his life, death and resurrection! Join us!

Motherhouse Come and See

Join St. Albert the Great Focus Missionaries and students from the U.P. for a weekend at our Wisconsin Motherhouse. Meet Sisters of all ages including our younger Sisters, and visit places of ministry, including the Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help.

March 22 or 29, 2019: Friday Lenten Offering for Young Professionals or
April 19 or 26, 2019: Easter Season Discernment Offering for Young Professionals
Arrive in time for the Sacrament of Reconciliation, Evening Prayer or be at our Wisconsin Motherhouse at 5:30 p.m. for dinner with our Sisters in Initial Formation. A talk on Discernment of Spirits follows next with Stations of the Cross at 7 p.m. There is the option of an overnight stay or even of making a weekend and staying until Sunday.

Introducing Meditation and Contemplation
Franciscan Sister Jacqueline Spaniola guides single, young adult women through prayer times including how to meditate and how to grow in contemplative prayer. These are essential helps for discernment. Overnight accommodations are available. Commuters are also welcome.

Project Elizabeth Dinner for Young Women

Project ElizabethDinnerBishop David Ricken invites young women to share a dinner with him and religious sisters from our area and learn more about the vocation to consecrated religious life for women. This opportunity to listen and ask questions is for college-age young women, and older, willing to look at how God is calling them. Sisters from the Diocese are encouraged to invite young women, and to come with them!
