What is Entrust?

Entrust is the process we use to help those in ministry leadership (pastors, parish staff, and those in key ministry roles) know and understand Bishop Ricken’s pathway of discipleship. Those leaders are then entrusted as missionary disciples to help others become missionary disciples in their parish and community.

Benefits of having ministry leadership teams go through Entrust:

• Builds a foundation of prayer in the parish
• Aligns parish ministries to a shared vision and mission
• Builds a pathway of missionary discipleship for the parish
• Creates a thriving culture of missionary disciples
• Forms a deeper sense of community in your parish

How can I participate in Entrust?

Pastor or parish staff leaders should contact our office about bringing Entrust to your—parish!

Leaders of an apostolate or other ministry in our diocese looking to form your leaders as missionary disciples, contact our office.

If you'd like to participate in Entrust but aren’t currently part of a parish, please find a parish here.

Twice a year we hold an “open” Entrust for those in leadership roles who are new to a parish or ministry after a leadership team has already been through Entrust.
