Bishop David Ricken's Wyoming Prayer
Bishop Ricken shares his Wyoming Prayer, which he penned on his long drives in Wyoming and still prays today. He invites all students, families to join him in this prayer about being open to God's will in God's time.
For your convenience we are providing a printable set of prayer cards (8 per page), formatted for color printing in landscape orientation. It is setup for two-sided printing on card stock by flipping on short edge.
Bishop Ricken's Prayer for those in Religious Education
Bishop Ricken wrote this prayer to be used by all Religious Education leaders and staff inviting them to enter into a deeper journey of holiness, in unity with other parishes in the Diocese. The prayer can be used to pray with students and families in our RE programs. Prayer cards are available for a limited time through the Education Department and here for you to print.
NCEA Information for Growth: Assessment of Children/Youth Religious Education
The name for NCEA's revised, popular religious education assessment for students in Catholic schools and parish religious education programs is NCEA Information for Growth: Assessment of Children/Youth Religious Education (ACRE). We will refer to it as NCEA IFG: ACRE edition.
This test will continue to be used for annual testing for students in grades 5, 8 and 11 (Gr. 10, if needed, in RE program) in all Catholic schools and parish religion education programs in the Diocese of Green Bay.

The Diocese of Green Bay has been using the 2013 edition of the NCEA IFG: ACRE since March 2014:
- For continuity sake, older editions should not be used.
- Only unused score sheets are usable in 2015.
- Assessment booklets must be the 2013 edition.
- Parishes and schools are urged to collaborate in purchasing new assessment booklets.
